CASA ROSITA is a pretty single house set over 2 levels, located near Castiglione di Garfagnana.
Completely furnished, it composes of:
a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric teapot; dining room; living room with sofas, TV and DVD player; a little bath on the ground level.
Upstairs you can find 2 master bedrooms (one with a cot); 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds; one bathroom with tub, shower and washing machine and a big terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
In the garden you will find a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, a swing and a hammock.
There also is a spacious parking space for your cars, your bicycles and your motocycles.
RATES
High Season (June 28 thru Aug.30): Euros 1000 per week for 6 persons (Euros 1,200 for 8 persons)
Middle Season: Euros 750 per week for 6 persons (Euros 850 for 8 persons).
Rates are inclusive of final cleaning, electricity and water consumption, bed linen and towels.
Heating expenses are NOT included. |
