This beautiful villa is located 12km/7.5 miles from Lucca, along one of the many "Wine Streets" spread around Lucca's hills. The building dates back to 18th century and the current owners restructured it to its original magnificence. Noteworthy are the beautiful frescoed walls and ceilings and the "cotto" stone floors.
The furnishings have also been restored. In the kitchen was found an ancient wood-burning oven used to dry hosts.
The property has a typical plan of the Italian villas of that time, with two central adjoining rooms accessing to the other (communicating) rooms.
Downstairs, you will find the kitchen, a storage room and a barbecue (where you can still see the old oven with the original ashes).
Outside, a beautiful garden equipped with tables and chairs, where you can eat your dinners and breakfasts and a gorgeous swimming pool overlooking Lucca and Valdinievole valleys .
Beside the house, there also is a little chapel where can still be celebrated religious services.

From its location, also, you can easily reach Lucca, with its interesting historic center and its intact Walls. The Tyrrenian Sea with its long, sandy beaches and the elegant towns of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi is only 40 minutes away. And Florence, Pisa, Siena can be reached, respectively, in 50, 30 and 60 minutes...
