CASA AGNELLI is set on a tophill, a few kilometers from the historic center of Lucca.
Its owners restored it completely two years ago, maintaining the original characteristics of the building, while adding all comforts.
CASA AGNELLI consists of 2 parts: the biggest one is set over 2 levels and features 3 master bedrooms. On the first floor, a big living room with fireplace and ceilings with exposed cotto tiles and beams; a big, fully equipped kitchen with access to a nice terrace.

Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 master bedrooms with a communal bath.
From the living room, by means of an internal flight of stairs, you will access the ground floor, where you will find a "mini flat" with another fully equipped kitchen and a master bedroom with bath.
Outside, going down a few steps, there is a wonderful swimming pool among old olive trees: from here you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Lucca's valley.
In just 10 minutes, either by car or by bus, you will get to the old town center of Lucca, with its beautiful panoramic Walls, its piazzas and its churches full of history..
From the house, you can also easily go through the whole itinerary of the famous Ville Lucchesi (Villa Mansi, Villa Brugier,Villa Torrigiani, Villa Bernardini, Villa Oliva,...).
Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio, with their exclusive shops, while the sandy Versilian beaches are only 30 minutes away. |
