All around the house there is a stone pavement and, on the side, a large panoramic terrace, equipped with table, chairs and barbecue, where you can spend your summer nights dining and enjoying the wonderful view of Lucca and Valdinievole Valleys.
CASA ELISA is surrounded by a land of approx. 1000 sqm (olive grove and meadow) and features a pretty trapeizodal swimming pool (8x6m - 1 m depht)
The house, of approx. 80 sqm, is set over 2 levels and includes a breakfast nook/living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (dining table, refrigerator, American coffee machine).
