On the sweet Lucca's hills, only 6 km away from the city center, there is VILLA TOSCA, immersed in a beautiful park of 3000 sqm, among olive trees and vineyards.
This nice house of approx. 700 sqm is set over 2 levels and features a beautiful swimming pool (10x15 m - depht 1.30m) where our guests can relax and enjoy the sweet Tuscan sun.
On the GROUND LEVEL you will find an entry/living room with frescoed walls and ceilings, a spacious family room with fireplace, sofas and TV room; a large full kitchen in our typical Tuscan style, fully equipped (oven, microwave, mixer, toaster,refrigerator,coffee machine); 2 half bathrooms.
On the FIRST FLOOR you will find 6 bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom, all furnished in different styles and with air conditioning.
The whole property is fully fenced and pets are welcomed.
In front of the house, under the wooden porch, you can eat your breakfasts or dine, tasting the famous Lucca's hills wines.
On request, our guests can also have their breakfasts and dinners prepared by a cooking service.
VILLA TOSCA is 5 minutes away from Lucca, with its magnificent tree lined Walls and its streets full of history and is an excellent starting point to visiting the prestigious VILLE LUCCHESI (Villa Torrigiani, Villa Mansi, Villa Oliva, etc.).
Versilian beaches and night life are only 25 minutes away by car.
VILLA TOSCA is also close to the Golf Courses of Vicopelago and Forte dei Marmi
Along the Serchio river you can also have the chance to go horseback riding.
During the winter, Villa Tosca is occupied by its owners.
