Only 10 km away from the historic center of Lucca and from the wonderful Versilia beaches, on the top of a hill dominating Lucca valley and the Versilian coast, there is this distinctive rural house that can accomodate 6 people.
Near the prestigious little towns of Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi, where you can enjoy yourselves shopping in the most famous fashion shops (Prada, Gucci, Armani, etc.), this location is also excellent to visit many famous historical villas around Lucca and the summer house of the famous Italian composer Giacomo Puccini (in Celle di Pescaglia).
This house is set over 2 levels.
On the ground floor you will find an entry room, a kitchen with fireplace and a little utility room, a large living room with another fireplace and a bathroom with shower.
A wood and brick staircase leads to the first floor where you will find 3 master bedrooms and another little bathroom: from here you will dominate the whole valley!
In the basement there is a tavern with a third fireplace.
The house is equipped with washing machine, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, linen and kitchenware.
The house also features an oven and a barbecue and a fenced garden (approx. 500 sq.m) with olive and lemon trees.
Prices include water and electricity expenses.
Being the house heated by liquid propane, heating expenses will be charged separately at the end of your stay.
Linen change: 10 euros per person.
